Community Connections Inc. provides life-enriching services that promote optimal independence for people with disabilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. We serve over 800 individuals with on-site and remote services, employment supports, and supported living services to provide a lasting impact in their relationships and in their lives.
