I'm very excited at the opportunity to be running the Falmouth Road Race again this year as team captain for Team Cape Abilities! Falmouth is one of my favorite events as I get to combine my passion for running with the chance to support an organization that has become very near and dear to me. 

Cape Abilities is an amazing organization that not only provides day habilitation, transportation, residential, and pre-employment services for adults with disabilities here on the Cape, but one that drives itself on creating a more compassionate and inclusive community for all of us to work and live.
