My Story…
Brandon is running for the organization that supported our family on Oliver's medical journey that began in 2015. When we initially transported Oliver from our home in MN to Boston Children’s Hospital, we had no family in the area and no where to live. With an expected stay of at least 4 months, we searched for places. Fortunately, we were matched with a host family through Hospitality Homes who has provided more than a room to our family over the past 5 years. Over the years our host family has become more like our own family. We are incredible grateful for Hospitality Homes; without their generosity of our host family we would not have been able to come and receive the expert care Oliver needed
He is so excited to run for Hospitality Homes to raise funds for this outstanding organization! Please consider donating to our cause.
Description
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
I'm so proud to be a member of TEAM HOSPITALITY HOMES in this year's Falmouth Road Race!
Your support means the world to me and will help continue to provide housing for patients and families traveling to Boston for critical medical treatment.
With the prohibitively expensive costs of local hotels- averaging $260 per night- and the lack of sufficient hospital- sponsored housing, many patients struggle with what to do, balancing these and other out-of-pocket expenses with the already high cost of responding to a complex or chronic illness.
Your donation is fully tax-deductible, as Hospitality Homes is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
