For participating in The 2021 ASICS Falmouth Road Race

Welcome to my 2021 ASICS Falmouth Road Race Page!

On August 15, my sister, Jackie Gryska, and I are running the 2021 Falmouth Road Race for the National Brain Tumor Society in memory of my brother-in-law, Charlie Gryska.  On February 7, 2019, after experiencing an unrelenting headache for 2 days, Charlie was diagnosed with a diffuse midline glioma, a very rare and aggressive brain cancer. At 33 years old and with three children under the age of 4, Charlie was facing the unthinkable, yet he vowed to fight every day to win his battle against this cancer. He showed such bravery throughout his short illness and he is missed by so many every day.  Brain cancer is not only a terribly cruel cancer that took Charlie’s vision and his ability to walk, but it is also underfunded. We need your support to ensure that we get closer to finding a cure so these brave patients can find the hope they deserve in their fight against brain cancer.
