My Story…
Training to run the iconic Falmouth Road Race and raising funds for the Cape Wellness Collaborative is a joy! Cancer has affected my family directly, as well as the lives of so many I love. When my incredibly brave friend Sarah Swain started the Cape Wellness Collaborative in 2014, I knew immediately it would make a meaningful difference in our community. Her vision resonated deeply: making it possible for those facing cancer on Cape Cod & the Islands to benefit from free-of-charge integrative therapies that are not often covered by insurance. While my hope is that the work of brilliant researchers soon makes cancer a thing of the past, I am inspired by the wholehearted way CWC’s offering supports patients and caregivers in their wellness healing today. I am so proud to be a part of the team and can’t wait to run this legendary course in August.
