My Story…
Hi, my name is Kerri Lyford, and I am a self proclaimed yogi with a new found "like" for running. I have never run past 4 miles before, so I am in training now for the Falmouth Road Race.
I am a yoga and meditation teacher and reiki practitioner, and I love helping others to find their peace. What brought me to this journey is that I am a survivor of domestic violence, so what Yoga Neighborhood offers is near and dear to my heart.
