Hi Everyone! Thanks for clicking on this page! This year I am running the Falmouth Road Race for team Mass Mentoring Partnership (MMP). Running has never been my strong suit, and this isn't something I would have imagined myself doing - yet here I am! I am extremely passionate about positive youth development, and mentoring is one way to do that. Mass Mentoring holds a very special place in my heart because I was an AmeriCorps service member with them in 2019-2020. I completed 1700 hours of service at Girls Inc. of Lynn as their Bold Futures Mentoring Coordinator. I have seen first hand what mentoring can do. MMP works with more than 370 mentoring and youth-serving programs that impact over 50,000 young people across MA, most of whom live in low-income and minority communities. Mentoring is a tool that can be used to level the playing field for young people and create opportunities that will expand their horizons.
