Help Russel raise money

Hi everyone,

I am running to support the heroes in transition foundation. I am the son of two army veterans. My father, who is unfortunately disabled today, ran most of his life. He was in the 82nd airborne, veteran of the gulf war, and ran in the 2013 Boston marathon; coming in only minutes before the bombs went off. My mum is a veteran of the gulf war and also runs. Heroes, like my parents, are what allows us Americans to be blessed with the lives we have today. Heroes in Transition is a phenomenal organization that helps our veterans and helps ensure they have the lives they deserve when they come home. #godblessourtroops
