My Story…

I’m running the Falmouth Road Race  for Calmer Choice for the third time because now more than ever, Cape kids need healthy strategies for navigating stress, emotions and the challenges of growing up in these complicated times.  Your support for my run will help Calmer Choice’s proven curriculum reach even more young people and adults on Cape Cod.  I hadn’t been running for over a year, so I just started back at square one - knowing Calmer Choice is counting on me is a huge motivation to build back up to 7 miles.  Thank you so much for your support!
