Help Andrea raise money

I am excited to announce that I will be running the Falmouth Road Race on August 15, 2021 on behalf of Family Reach. 

Family Reach is a nonprofit organization dedicated to removing the financial barriers standing between a cancer patient and their treatment. Loss of income, out-of-pocket expenses, and socioeconomic factors create disparities in the financial burdens families face. Family Reach delivers financial education, financial planning, resource navigation, and emergency relief funds to patients and caregivers facing a cancer diagnosis so no family has to choose between their health and their home.

I have chosen to run in honor of my mother-in-law Nancy Incudine again this year! Nancy unfortunately lost her battle to breast cancer in 2018 and it remains my mission to help her legacy live on.  Everyone who had the privilege of knowing Nancy knows how much she wanted to listen to, love and help everyone around her.  It brings a smile to my face knowing that Family Reach brings the same comfort and support to families in need just like she did. 

Everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer. Achieving my fundraising goal will not only help me train harder, but more importantly, it will make a positive impact on families going through their own challenging cancer journeys. 

As the Director of Impact at Family Reach, I see first hand how devastating the non medical expenses of a cancer diagnosis can be for a family. Your thoughtful donation will go directly to a family facing this financial burden of cancer.
