Providing care is something that I have always found myself leaning towards. Becoming a teacher and working with kids in the home setting has become one of the most fulfilling avenues in life that I have ever taken. This year, I will be running the Falmouth Road Race in honor of young man who has taught me so much over the past two years as I have had the privilege of being accepted into his family and helping him with his daily needs and giving him the supports he needs to grow within this world. I am raising money for the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress which is a lovely non-profit that helps kids with Down syndrome get the supports that they need to be valued, included and the opportunity to live a fulfilling life.
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!
This August I will be running as a member of Team Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress (MDSC) for the ASICS Falmouth Road Race in support of individuals with Down syndrome.
Please help me support the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress by making a donation through my page. The process is fast, easy and secure. Thanks so much for your support... and please don't forget to send this page to any friends you think might be interested in donating!
Contributions of any size are truly appreciated to ensure that all of the MDSC's programs, advocacy, and awareness initiatives stay strong.
