My Story…
It's official! I have registered to run The Falmouth Roadrace! As most of you know, The Lupus Foundation of New England is very important to my family. With everything that has gone on with Kelly over the last 4 years, we sometimes forget about her underlying issue of being diagnosed with lupus 15 years ago. Everyday tasks become mountains to climb. We have been involved with the wonderful people at the foundation for some time and always try to give back. Nobody fights like Kelly so what's a seven mile run for me? We do everything as a family, just like all of you. Eat, drink, laugh, cry and fight these diseases. Let's try and find a cure for Lupus. Let's reach this goal in record time! Anything helps. The mission of the Lupus Foundation is to educate and support people with lupus, promote awareness and fund scientific research that will lead to better treatments and ultimately a cure.
