Help Dave raise money

On Sunday August 15th, I will be participating in the Falmouth Road Race in support of the Ryan Richards Foundation (RRF).  My running days are over but, I will be walking the route to support this very worthy cause. The foundation was established in memory of our son-in-law Ryan Richards. Ryan passed away in October 2015 at the age of 40 from NUT Midline Carcinoma, a rare aggressive cancer.

The RRF continues it strong support of research at the Dana Faber Cancer Institute to help find a cure for this disease.  The Foundation has donated over $105,000.00 over the past two years to Dana Faber. The Foundation also helps support families affected by cancer and has endowed two annual scholarships in Ryan’s memory to (2) Falmouth High School seniors attending a 4 year college.

Ryan’s legacy not only lives on through the Foundation, but through his wife Colleen and daughter Nora. It won’t be long before Nora is at the starting line on race day.
