Please join us in demonstrating your commitment to Cape Cod Healthcare and become a member of our team!
Fifteen Team Cape Cod Healthcare registrants will receive a race bib and are asked to commit to raising a minimum of $750 by inviting friends and family to support them in their run and help meet Team Cape Cod Healthcare's goal of $11,250.
All contributions are tax-deductible and will benefit the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice.
Hospice care can enhance the quality of life of those facing terminal illness. Choosing VNA Hospice means you can keep your own trusted physician, while adding a team of nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, home health aides and volunteers to your community of caregivers.

Description
The Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation is a registered charity created to support Cape Cod Hospital, Falmouth Hospital, the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod and critical services including the Dementia & Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support program, the JML Care Center and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice. Because of your generosity, Cape Cod Healthcare remains a non-profit, independent community-based healthcare system and delivers the highest quality, accessible health services, which enhance the health of all Cape Cod residents and visitors.
