Dress for Success Ottawa is a local charity that empowers women by providing a network of support and tools to help them thrive.
Under our All Women Empowered (AWE) Suite of Programs and via our Virtual Career Center we support our clients by providing:
- Personalized suiting sessions offering free professional attire
- Career Development tools including
- Career Coaching
- Mock Interviews
- Resume and Cover letter Writing
- Field-specific Guidance on navigating the application process
- Professional Development Opportunities including
- Community-Based Professional Development Workshops
- Annual AWE Client Conference
- Online learning modules via Accenture’s Skills to Succeed Learning Exchange
- Peer Support and Networking
- Virtual Social Meet-Ups
- Private Client-Only Facebook Group Moderation
- Resource Calls via our Helping Women Now Program
We believe in the power of women. We believe that every woman has the right to write her own story. We believe in helping the women in our community. We believe that we all have a role to play, so we’re "walking a mile FOR her shoes" and asking you to support us by giving today!
As an organization, Dress for Success Ottawa helps women, non-binary individuals, and gender non-conforming people in the National Capital Region to jumpstart their careers by providing them with online resources and professional attire to thrive in work and in life. Any funds raised on this page will go directly into the programs and services necessary to build her new future.
