I am inspired to run by the seniors and Veterans I`ve gotten to know at the Perley Rideau over the years and by the quality of care I know they receive thanks to support from people like you.  Your support of the ongoing needs on-site at Perley Rideau helps sustain a long tradition of exceptional care for parents, grandparents, and loved ones.  Where government funding falls short, your generosity in supporting seniors and Veterans ensures that innovative arts and recreation programs thrive, ageing equipment is replaced, facilities are renewed, and staff training is ongoing.  

It`s been a hard year, but your support and the kind of care you make possible at the Perley Rideau has been a bright spot for me.  This year I will be running the 10k race –and I hope to have Maggie with me in her jogging stroller for at least half of it!
