Hey friends and family! I am running to raise money for the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County. The cause is super important to me and to my family. I'm a terrible runner and barely even athletic anymore (thanks covid) but I will do my best for this good cause! I’m running for my Grandma and Grandad.
