FUNDRAISING REWARD PRIZES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Instructions to enter form part of these conditions.
2. To be eligible to receive any reward/ prize, an individual must have:
- Registered to participate in Hearts for Autism Holiday Virtual Races 2020
- Activated their fundraising page and raised at least the minimal threshold for the reward milestone before January 3 2021 at 6pm
3. Fundraising totals will be taken from individual fundraising pages on RaceRoster Fundraiser platform.
4. Valid entrants will qualify for a fundraising rewards prize when they reach following fundraising milestones: (TBA). Only ONE of each fundraising rewards prize will be given to each valid entrant.
5. For Local participants:
- with an Dona Ana County, New Mexico or El Paso County, Texas address, any physical prizes (TBA milestone prizes) will be posted to the address provided by the fundraiser at registration by the end of January 2021.
- with an address outside of Dona Ana County, New Mexico or El Paso County, any physical prizes (TBA milestone prizes) will incur a postage and handling fee to cover costs associated with national or international delivery to the address provided by the fundraiser at registration.
6. Fundraising rewards prizes may not be as depicted in marketing material but will be similar. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed.
7. The offer will be awarded to the person who created the fundraising page. However, in a dispute, will be awarded to the email account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry.
8. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the promoter.
9. The promoter of this offer is Heart for Autism of Las Cruces.
10. Employees of Hearts for Autism and its members are ineligible to enter.
11. The start date of the Fundraiser November 26th 2o20 and completion of is January 3st 2021. Race results are due by January 1st at 11:59pm
12. The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
13. This prize is not redeemable for cash.
14. This offer is open to fundraisers participating in the holiday race event by Hearts for Autism of las cruces.
15. By accepting this offer, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable Heart for Autism and media editorial requests relating to the offer, including but not limited to, being interviewed, and photographed and/or filmed.
16. By accepting the offer, the winner accepts and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the offer.
