Help Stefania raise money

Hello! It’s Stef from Dear My Anxiety. Mental health awareness is something I’ve always held very close to my heart. My mental health journey hasn’t always been the easiest. I’ve struggled with anxiety ever since I was a little girl, and got diagnosed with GAD in my early 20’s. Because of my struggles, my main goal in life is to make others aware of the importance of mental health, and how necessary caring for it is. Everyday I try to contribute to breaking the stigma, so that someone, somewhere, can get the help they deserve. It would be an honour to have you help me do that, by donating whatever you can to an important and necessary cause.

I will be running for Stella’s Place. Stella’s Place offers free, inclusive, barrier-free access to programs and services that support young adult mental health and wellness.
