My Story…
This is my 4th year running in support of the Assaulted Women's Helpline. The need for this vital service has never been greater. Isolation and stay-at-home measures put in place to limit the spread of a deadly virus that has upended all our lives created a nightmare scenario for women trapped at home with an abusive partner. Counsellors answered more than 93,000 calls!! Nearly double the normal annual call volume. To ensure these calls are answered, and women can be connected to the resources they need, the Assaulted Women's Helpline needs your support.
Description
I am running in support of the Assaulted Women's Helpline. Your support will help the Assaulted Women's Helpline continue to provide much needed 24/7 telephone crisis counselling to thousands of women experiencing abuse in the province of Ontario. Thank you in advance for your donation.
