The Barrier Free Virtual Challenge
Let's kick off 2021 with a virtual challenge! Together, we will commit to stay active during the month of January, explore the beautiful parks of Boynton Beach, and celebrate our accomplishment with a finisher medal, t-shirt, and a finisher certficiate! Track your progress on a map, earn badges along the way, learn fun and interesting facts about our parks - your registration fee will support the expansion of Congress Avenue barrier Free Park!
Challenges;
60-Mile Challenge - Run or walk 60 miles in 30 days
30-Mile Challenge - Run or walk 30 miles in 30 days
10-Mile Challenge - Run or walk 10 miles in 30 days
5K Virtual Challenge - Run or walk a 5K any day from January 1 to February 15.
Any-Activity Challenge - Commit to 30 hours of any activity in 30 days. Commit to stay active (body or mind). Perhaps you will commit to reading, kayaking, cross training, playing tennis, or a combination of different activities. The purpose is to make a commitment and to reach the goal of 30 hours!
The Barrier Free 5K is helps to raise money for the expansion of the Congress Avenue Barrier Free Park. This park was specifically designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities, young and old, by providing a place to play, laugh and live without limits. You can choose to donate the cost of the shirt to the Park by selecting "No Shirt" during registration.
