The Sask. CISM Network provides International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) training, education, resources, and peer support to public safety personnel and healthcare workers in Saskatchewan. The ICISF model of Peer Support, or Critical Incident Stress Management, (CISM) is a comprehensive, integrated, systematic, and multi-component psychosocial support program delivered by trained Peers for Peers and designed to meet the needs of those exposed to traumatic events or experiencing the cumulative effects of ongoing crises throughout their career.
