Jim's Lucky Leprechauns
DONATE FOR A CHANCE TO WIN A $250 RING FLOODLIGHT CAMERA!

A St. Paddy’s themed half marathon HAS to be dedicated to my Great Uncle Jim who passed when I was 15 from pancreatic cancer. As a kid my Gram’s brothers were Grandfather figures in my life and to say my Uncle Jim was a great man would be an understatement. It’s time to dust off the old Powers' emerald and hope the wind stays at my back as I make my miles matter this winter in memory of a great man who left his wife and family too soon. I’m running the Purple Paddy half for him and created “Jim’s Lucky Leprechauns” in his memory.
Join my team and run or walk 13.1 miles. Don’t worry if your legs can do it - when you move for those who can’t you don’t run with your legs you run with your heart.
You do NOT have to do all 13.1 miles in one day! Register to be one of Jim’s Lucky Leprechauns to raise awareness and funds to have a world without pancreatic cancer, and in the infamous words of my beloved Gram the Wild Irish Rose “up the Irish flag!”
