Our story…
At Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice, we have been proudly operating our hospice residences in the region of Waterloo for over 20 years, providing compassionate care to individuals in their last weeks of life. We have an outstanding reputation in our community for our commitment to Making Moments Matter for our residents and their families, and we do it all with no cost to them.
We know that what we do is only possible through the generous support of our community. And while our clinical staff are not in a hospital or long-term care facility, they are most definitely front-line workers, and our Hospice Heroes! They have worked tirelessly, compassionately, and vigilantly over the past year to keep both of our Houses COVID-free, and our staff, volunteers, and families safe.
