First of all, thank you so much to everyone who supported me last year. I was able to surpass my goal and our first ever virtual Footsteps for Families was a huge success! Amidst a very unpredictable time, the show had to go on!
Although many things have changed in the past year, the mission at Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario has grown stronger than ever! As an essential service, we continue to provide a comforting, home away from home so families can focus on what matters most. We are proud to launch our Footsteps for Families event virtually for the second year in a row!
Although Rory and I are kickin’ it at home for the next little while, I love (and miss!) my RMHCSCO family and I am excited to be raising money for the House alongside so many amazing alumni families, volunteers and friends.

Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario (RMHCSCO) serves as a regional resource for thousands of families whose children are being treated at local hospitals. Families typically come to us within 48 hours of their children's critical diagnosis, premature birth, or accident. These families' lives have been instantly turned upside down and our programs are committed to providing safe and comfortable accommodations, nutritious home-cooked meals, laundry services and specialized programming.
By making a donation today, you will be helping to ensure that these comforts of home are available to provide a sense of normalcy when their lives are anything but, and ensure that the only thing our families need to focus on is each other.
