- 8:00 am - opening ceremonies/warm up
- 8:15 am - run begins
- 8:25 am - walk begins
- 8:35 am - all post event activities open up
- 9:00 am - closing ceremonies
- 10:00 am - event ends
COVID-19:
All health and safety protocols will be followed at the time of the event. Registered participants will be provided detailed information regarding any changes to the event plan based on the rules and regulations on event day. Refunds for registration or donations will not apply in the event the race is required to be modified to virtual due to COVID-19.

Parking:
Free parking will be available for all registered participants at the North Maple Regional Park
