My Story…
This year I am running to recognize the struggles and suffering felt by those in Guatemala and around the world, including my father who experienced a life ending struggled to terminal cancer.
Some things in life can be changed and made better, while others remain out of our control. We CAN however help change the human right struggles in Guatemala by raising awareness and sharing realities that exist for the people and their families in this beautiful country way south of us.
For those things that cannot be changed, they can still be honored. By running this challenging 10k, I honor and recognize the strength of my father's journey through his own race.
Thank you, merci, gracias.
