My Big Brother of 44 years, Phil O'Hara, has terminal cancer. He and I are running the Bluenose Goodlife 10km. He will run a short distance at the beginning and at the finish otherwise I will be pushing him along in an adaptive wheelchair along with dozens of other family and friends.
