My Story…

One of my training partners, Brad Crossley, is running the Good Life 10k (Bluenose Marathon) with his "Big Brother" Phil O'Hara in a hippocampe (look it up). Phil was diagnosed with esophageal cancer and is in the fight of his life while remaining a friggin' superhero... Full of great spirit and a wicked smile! Phil and Brad got matched up through Big Brothers Big Sisters in September 1977 (Phil is still on the board of directors).  Phil was Brad's mentor for years, and now they are best friends.  I am very grateful for the relationship they have.

A few of us wanted to join them for the run as soon as we heard... We are fundraising on behalf of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Halifax. I appreciate anything you can give, including good vibes! ;)
