Star Tribune Ugly Tie 5K
Grab your sneakers and the ugliest tie you can find and join us on Father’s Day for the 4th annual Ugly Tie 5K fun run! This family-friendly event features a full day of fun with an incredible 5K course and a kids 1/2K along the scenic downtown Minneapolis riverfront at Mill Ruins Park. Special prizes will be awarded for best costume & ugliest tie! Then, stick around for the Stone Arch Bridge Festival featuring 200+ artists and culinary arts.
Miss the pick up at La Doña Cervecería? You can grab your bib and shirt on-site Sunday morning. Registration opens at 8:00 a.m.
Race Route
Mill Ruins Park is a park in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, standing on the west side of Saint Anthony Falls on the Mississippi River. The park interprets the history of flour milling in Minneapolis and shows the ruins of several flour mills that were abandoned.
