Challenge
Participate in our running challenge or dominate directly to help our running squad access to the events, equipment and other necessities because our team should focus more on competing rather than how they might financially get to a competition.
We appreciate every entry and look forward to having you as part of our challenge.

2. Enter our challenge! We have developed a challenge that allows you to compete against your colleagues, friends, or sports team. You can see how fast you really are!
Track Challenge Event Distances
THE DASH - 100 meters
- The ultimate test of speed, strength, and power.
HALF LAPPER- 200 meters
- The perfect test of your speed endurance.
HOT LAP - 400 Meters
- This one is going to Hurt. Think about how much lactic acid you normally build up during your sporting game, or gym workout. Now times this by 10 and you will start to get the picture!
ENDURANCE FEVER- 1km
- Everyone talks about their 1km splits during a run. Do you know how fast you could go if you went flat out? Maybe faster thank you think!
ULTIMATE FITNESS- 3km
- AFL, soccer, and others sporting players will know this distance well. It is the perfect test of your aerobic threshold system!
