Haven Toronto invites you to Walktober, a virtual walk in support of elder homeless men.

During the month of October, walk, hike, run or bike, any day, any distance. Set a goal and challenge yourself. Invite family and friends to join your team or support you with a donation towards your goal.

Proceeds help reduce barriers—and steps— to accessing programs and supports vital to the health and wellbeing of elder homeless men, including health care, housing and food security.

Open every day, all year, Haven Toronto reduces barriers – and steps – for elder homeless men by providing onsite access to a fulltime Nurse, Counsellors and Support Care Workers and part-time access to a Doctor, Dental Hygienist and Barber. Clients also receive healthy meals, emergency clothing and opportunities for social inclusion onsite.
