My Story…
Those of you who have known me for a while know that for more than 10 years I have been a passionate advocate for building a Hospice in our county. My dream came true: Ed’s House, the Community Care Northumberland Hospice Care Centre; it opened in September last year. I was overjoyed!
Needless to say I am on the annual mission to raise funds to support the remarkable and invaluable services that the CCN Hospice Palliative Care team provides, free of charge. It’s for anyone with a life-threatening condition, their loved ones and caregivers, from diagnosis to the end of their journey.
Huge hurrah's and thanks for anything you can spare for this remarkable cause.
