Register and set your category and goal—you can even sign up for your friend as a surprise! A confirmation email will be sent to you along with your e-bib.
STEP 2
Walk, run, move, or ride from October 1 to November 30, 2021. Use GPS, fitness-tracking apps, or your smartwatch to record your route and time. Activity can be cumulative.
STEP 3
Upload your results to Race Roster. You can submit either of the following:

Photo of your dashboard
Photo of display or your fitness watch
Photo of you and your friend doing your chosen activity (for Support your PWD Friend 7.5 KM Total category)
Photo of you and your pet doing your chosen activity (for Move with Fur Baby category)
Make sure that the date, time, and distance are indicated in your submission.
STEP 4
E-Certificates for the Individual category will be available for download after the virtual event ends on Nov 30. For the Buddy, Team and Fur baby categories, E-Certificates will be sent via email.
STEP 5
Your medal and add-ons will be delivered 2 to 3 weeks (for local participants) or 1 month (for international participants) after the virtual event.
