Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) is a global non-profit that works with employers to hire refugees and other displaced people, leveraging their professional skills to secure their futures. Jumpstart Refugee Talent (Jumpstart) is a national, refugee-led organization that historically focused on domestic workforce development for refugees. Today, TBB Canada and Jumpstart work collaboratively to help Canadian employers hire refugees with the skills they need to fill vacancies, through the Government of Canada’s Economic Mobility Pathways Pilot.
