Dearest family and friends, 

Yet another year has passed. Our world has changed in ways we never could have imagined. For many of us, our hearts have been broken by the sadness of recent events in the world, by circumstances surrounding Covid or by the loss of a loved one. If there is one thing I can take away from these experiences, it is that our actions define who we are. We spark HOPE and keep our families and communities strong by fighting for what we believe in and what is right. Running for Scotia Bank and planning the fundraising events that are underway at LDVA, is my way of spreading hope and love. ❤️

Running for this cause started back in 2015, in memory of my beloved father, and I will keep that memory alive. To the Neuro patients out there, we haven’t forgotten about you. We want you to know you are not alone and we support you! 

This year, my dear friend Daniel Gaudette will be running with me, in the  hopes of raising awareness for the Neuro. How amazing is it that Daniel has been one of my greatest supporters since the start of this journey, and after having battled a brain tumour in 2020, he now gets to run by my side !!! I feel blessed to be running with someone who is not only my friend, but an inspiring and beautiful human being ! I support him with all my heart and I am touched he is well enough to participate in the event ! Thank you Neuro for helping my dear friend. This year, we celebrate!
