Valley Regional Hospital Foundation is an independent charity founded in 1985 to raise $8 million, 25% of the funds needed from our community, to build Valley Regional Hospital. In 2022, we serve 100,000 people across three counties from Windsor to Digby.
Valley Regional Hospital is the fourth largest center in the province, after the QE2, IWK, and Cape Breton Regional. A typical year at Valley Regional conducts 16,000 CT Scans, 38,000 emergency room visits, 8500 surgeries, 7500 ultrasounds, 171,000 outpatient visits and brings 700 new babies into this world.
We provide donors with opportunities to invest in healthcare for themselves, their families, and future generations.
