(PHBCUAA) is a non-profit community-based organization that consists of Historically Black Colleges & Universities’ Alumni chapters in the Philadelphia Metropolitan and Delaware Valley area. We use our collaborative resources and talents to develop effective programming and services to strengthen our communities, providing support to underserved populations.
