My Story…
Please support my Copeland Center for Wellness and Recovery 5k many ways each week during Mental Health Awareness Month! That's at least 20K in different ways. One week I will incorporate peer support by reaching out to different friends and family members to walk on a 5K journey with me: 5 days 5K with 5 different peers in my community. A second week will be my 5K Hope Rocks! I will hike 5k in my community and place different rocks that I will decorate and leave messages of Hope! A third week be my 5K Wellness Tools: planting 5K seeds of flowers in my community or reading 5k words of poetry. A fourth week will be my 5K Family Wellness week: riding bikes, taking a hike, going on a family road trip, or golfing the distance of 5K with my family.
