Our story…
Hey everyone! Thank you so much for visiting our fundraising page and we hope you join us in the Project Purple Turkey Trot on Team Merry!
As many of you know, Merry, my mom, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in February 2022. Merry underwent a Whipple procedure and she is currently undergoing 12 rounds of very intense chemotherapy but, there is an end in sight!
I am so proud of how strong my mom has been throughout this rollercoaster and figured the least we could do is raise awareness and hopefully help other families going through this as well.
Any donation counts and we are so THANKFUL for each and every one of you.
Please know, you do not need to run a 5k. Walking a mile is an option too! Or just sitting on the couch is fine, no ones watching :)
** You also do not need to do this on Thanksgiving, feel free to do it whenever you please.
