Tidewell Foundation, Inc.

The Tidewell Foundation Inc. is an independent charitable foundation established to ensure perpetual philanthropic support to Tidewell Hospice and portions of Empath Health's family of companies. Charitable contributions to the Tidewell Foundation sustain and grow the critically important programs and services provided through the not-for-profit mission of Tidewell Hospice and its affiliates.

Individuals:

If you raise $100-$499 you’ll receive a personalized remembrance signage for the race course. This beautiful yard sign is yours to keep after the race.  It can honor a friend or loved one or offer a special message from you.

 If you raise $500+ you’ll receive a personalized remembrance signage for the race course and limited edition, high quality Tidewell Foundation sports socks.

 **The individual who raises the most money will receive a Winner’s Trophy; A shout out in our Foundation newsletter, social media and website; and, of course, bragging rights!

Teams: (4-8 members)

If you raise $1,000-$1,999 you’ll receive a personalized remembrance signage for the race course. This beautiful yard sign is yours to keep after the race. It can honor a friend or loved one or offer a special message.

If you raise $2,000+ you’ll receive a personalized remembrance signage for the race course and you’ll each receive limited edition, high quality Tidewell Foundation sports socks as well as a Tidewell Foundation swag bag.
