Calling all heroes of brain injury. Break out your capes and step up to the start line!
Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, healthcare or legal professional, or a concerned invididual - you are a hero of brain injury.
Form your own "Super Hero Squad" - Capes, Masks, Wings and Super Powers are encouraged. Bring your family, friends, pups and co-workers for a fun filled morning to support a great cause.
A minimum $40 donation is required to register for the event - A Charity Tax Receipt will be provided
Children under the age of 12 are welcome to come out and enjoy the day - no registration required! However, if they would like a t-shirt and be chip timed they can register as a HERO 12 and Under for a $15.00 fee.
NEW THIS YEAR!!! Grab your bike and helmet for a safe, social ride as you support BIST. We will be riding in groups of 10 with an experienced ride leader guiding each group. The 35k route includes beautiful views of Lake Ontario from The Spit and the 75k route goes out to the green environs of The Zoo and Rouge Park.

All funds raised will go towards supporting BIST's programs and services, such as our social drop-in, community meetings, workshops and support groups.
Make sure you create your own pledge page and help raise funds to support BIST's programs and services! Teams who raise $1,000 or more will be able to take part in our pie-in-the-face extravaganza!
We are also bringing back everyone's favourite dunk tank, firefighters and a food truck for the event!
