Volunteer Opportunities
Pre-Race Day Volunteers
Wednesday, June 29th @ 6PM
Volunteers are needed to stuff bags for the runners before packet pick-ups begin on July 1st. We will be meeting in the back room of The 4th Quarter Bar and Grille (2033 N. Monroe Street) at 6PM on Wednesday June 29th. This activity will take about 2 hours.
Race Day VolunteersThursday, June 30th @ 7PM
Moved to Saturday July 2nd @ 7PM due to threat of dangerous weather.
Volunteers will meet at The Korean War Memorial at Cascades Park for an orientation and review of the schedule and duties for the day of the 5k.
Race Day Volunteers
Monday, July 4th
4AM volunteers will be required to be more physically able to assist in unloading and set-up of equipment, tents, tables, cones, etc. Volunteers will then be moved over to a 6am task.
6AM volunteers will be assigned tasks such as registration, start/finish line, water tables, course guides or hospitality table service. After the race, assistance will be needed for organizing and packing up equipment. All volunteers should be finished by 10 - 10:30AM.
10:30AM volunteers will meet at the storage unit behind Lowe’s on Capital Circle NE: A Storage Solution 2454 Centerville Road, 32308. These volunteers will need to be physically able to lift heavy objects.

All volunteers will get a free shirt while supplies last.
•Volunteers aged 13-16 years-old are welcome with a parent or guardian.
•Volunteers aged 16-18 years-old are welcome with signed parental permission.
•Adult volunteers of all abilities welcome!
Please register as a volunteer just as if you were registering for the race: there is no charge.
