My Story…
Beckett is on different path than most, which means his milestones are a little harder to reach. But that doesn't stop this happy go lucky little guy. He recently got a sit on scooter for his 2nd Birthday (thank you Bubba and Pops), which he loves and is currently thriving on. We don't have a specific distance in mind but Beckett will sure let us know when he is done. Please give a little for Beckett and his scooter so we can help support such a great charity.
Back story. Beckett was born June 1st 2020 in the height of a pandemic. He spent the first 6 weeks in the Victoria NICU and continues to have to travel for specialist appointments, which means our family has to travel down Island. From the start YANA has helped us and we are so thankful for all of the support they have and continue to provide us. Without YANA's support our family would have been separated from each other during those first few weeks of Beckett's life.
We'd like to say thank you to YANA and everyone who supports this wonderful charity for Comox Valley Families like ours.

Every dollar raised in the community goes to help provide financial support and accommodation to Comox Valley families who need to travel to access medical care for a child or pregnant mother.
$50 = 1 night stay at a YANA apartment in Vancouver near BC Children’s Hospital
$100 = 1 night stay near Nanaimo Hospital
$200 = YANA envelope of cash for family’s emergency hospital transfer
$400 = 2 weeks stay at Jeneece Place in Victoria
$1000 = 1 month travel expense funding for a family away from home
