Thank you for taking the time to see what Team Spinning out of Control is up to!!  Spending time, being active outside with our families, friends and teammates is very important to all of us. Whether it is 30 hours of non stop racing through the wilderness or a leisurely evening stroll through the park, this time spent putting moving forward makes a difference. 

Up and Running Guelph is providing a much needed service to our community, and beyond.  Their work not only makes green exercise accessible, it is providing opportunities for individuals to take steps to manage their mental health and well-being within a supportive community.  

We have set a team goal of $1000 to ensure the work of Up and Running Guelph is able to reach more people in need of their service.
