The Turkey Trot benefiting GraceWorks
is back again on Thanksgiving Day 2022!
Now in its 23rd year, this Thanksgiving Day tradition is a family feel-good, do-good time. Over 3,000 participants run/walk the 10k, 5k, or 1k Kids Turkey Chase through the heart of Cool Springs. Approximately 3,000 of their friends and family stand on the sidelines to cheer them on. Each Trotter crosses the finish line knowing that a local family now has Food, Shelter, and Support because they ran for GraceWorks.
10k is $50, 5k is $45, and kids 1k Turkey Chase is $15. ($5 off each adult registration if you form a team!)
Packet Pickup
Packet pick-up will be the day before the race and available on race day. Please take a few moments to read through each section as it contains details for packet pick-up instructions, race day parking instructions and much more!
Packet Pickup Information
If you registered as VIT or Virtual, you should receive your packets in the mail between Nov. 18 and Nov. 23
We recommend you pick up early if possible!

The number one question we receive:
“Can I pick up another person’s packet?”
Answer: YES! Please just make sure to have their first and last name with you and tell that person you are picking up their packet!
If you plan to use a stroller during the race, please let us know at packet pick-up and we will get you a stroller parking pass.
