Neighbor serving Neighbor, by the power of God’s grace.
GraceWorks Ministries is your local community resource center providing Food, Shelter, and Support programs to Neighbors experiencing poverty or crisis. Established 26 years ago, this nonprofit provides a comprehensive and collaborative solution to the complex issues of poverty. By pooling resources from local businesses, funders, and churches, GraceWorks has been able to offer wraparound services to over 11,000 Neighbors last year.
GraceWorks’ communal approach to charitable work is expressed in our mission statement: Neighbor serving Neighbor, by the power of God’s grace. GraceWorks is comprised of a 20-member Board of Directors, 40 staff members and an average of 270 volunteers serving onsite each week.
You can serve your Neighbors with GraceWorks by participating in the Turkey Trot (thank you!), coming to shop at the GraceWorks Thrift Store, donating your unwanted clothing/home goods, volunteering, and much more!
Your Turkey Trot registration costs and any other donation you make supports these programs. The average rent payment assistance is $880. The average utility payment assistance is $163. For only $1, GraceWorks can provide groceries for 4 meals. Thank you for your support!
