Wear Red Canada Movement Challenge
JOIN US! Between February 13 and 28, 2023 - get active and help raise awareness about women’s heart health!
Distance: 5km OR 10km
Time: 30 minutes or 60 minutes of physical movement
You don’t have to do it all at once - track your progress towards a cumulative distance of your choosing or a time of 30 or 60 minutes of physical movement of your choice.
Type of Physical Activity: It is up to you to choose a physical activity you are comfortable with. Some ideas include: running, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, doing yoga, or even dancing! Whether it is alone, with family or friends - we encourage you to get active to stay healthy.
Upon entry, registrants will receive a Wear Red Canada branded t-shirt, medal, and certificate of completion, along with access to the growing online community of Wear Red Canada participants across our amazing country.
Groups (3+ individuals) will receive a 15% discount at the time of registration (during checkout with 3 or more registrants). Families and children are welcome! *Please note: The first 400 participants registered will receive a medal.
Be sure to register early so you can receive your race kit by February 13! (Registrations placed after February 3 may not arrive at your location by the race start date.)

The Canadian Women's Heart Health Alliance is a network of experts and advocates from across Canada aiming to improve women's cardiovascular health across the lifespan.
Race kits will be sent out starting January 2023. Shipping and RaceRoster fees will be applied at checkout.
