In 2018 I almost lost my own battle with depression. If there's one thing my attempt taught me, it's that the shame surrounding mental health is the one thing that stops us from getting the help we need. 

I wouldn't be running this race if it weren't for the network of people who helped support my healing. But the reality is, my story shouldn't be one of the "lucky ones." This help needs to be accessible for everyone who's struggling. 

We all have a story worth telling, worth sharing, and worth healing.
