My Story…
As a healthcare practitioner I have been privileged to provide care for many cancer patients over the years and I recognize that empowering patient support and education programs are so vitally important for individuals affected by cancer. Having recently connected with the Colorectal Cancer Resource & Action Network (CCRAN), I can truly attest to the patient-focused, compassionate, and evidence-informed approach which drives the organization.
Did you know that colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in Canada, despite it being largely PREVENTABLE? Did you know that there is an alarming rise in the rates of colorectal cancer in Canadians under 50 years old?
Let’s spread awareness while raising funds for CCRAN’s patient programs!
